Frequently asked questions
How do I import my leads?
In the Calls tab, open Lead lists / Campaigns and tap + to create a base: name it and choose “Import CSV” or “Import contacts” (you can “Download CSV template” right there). FuaFlow CRM detects duplicates by phone number and, if the lead already existed, fills in the empty fields without erasing what you had. When it finishes, the base shows how many came in, how many are new and how many are returning.
Why does the app ask for access to my contacts?
For two things, and only when you use them: importing contacts as leads and, if you turn on “Sync with Contacts” in Settings, saving your leads to your phone’s contacts so their calls show who’s calling. It all happens on your device and nothing is uploaded to any server. If you deny the permission, the app works just the same — simply import via CSV.
Where is my data? Does it go to the cloud?
Everything lives in a local database inside your device. FuaFlow CRM has no servers of its own and no accounts, and your data never goes through us: the only thing the app sends over the internet on its own is your purchase validation with the store. Only what you send goes to a cloud, such as the backup to your own iCloud Drive or Google Drive. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
How do I make a backup?
In Settings → Data Management. The backup is a .zip file with your database, your voice notes and your client photos. “Back up now” keeps a copy on the phone, and “Weekly automatic backup” (on by default) makes one every week. So it survives losing your phone, send it to your own cloud with “Back up to iCloud” (iPhone) or “Back up to Google Drive” (Android), or take it out with Export & import → Export Database, which opens the share sheet with the full backup. Exporting a CSV from time to time never hurts.
How do I restore a backup or move my data to another phone?
In Settings → Data Management: on iPhone, “Restore from iCloud” (on the same iPhone or a new one with your iCloud account); on Android, “Restore a backup” (from Drive or from the phone). Export & import → Import Database also works with the .zip you exported. Restoring replaces all current data with the backup’s: you confirm, the app restarts on its own and opens with the backup — no need to close it.
I logged a call with the wrong result — can I fix it?
Yes. Open the client’s profile, go to the History tab, tap the call and then “Change result”: pick the right one and save. Switching to “Appointment” asks for the date and time; to “Call back later”, for the time. Your lists’ numbers, the Today screen and the calendar recalculate on their own. Appointments, sales and activities are fixed from the History too, with “Edit” on their sheet.
What’s the difference between a sale and an appointment?
In FuaFlow CRM they are different outcomes on purpose: an appointment books a visit with a date and time (and shows up in your calendar); a sale logs a closed deal. That way your close rate doesn’t get inflated by appointments that haven’t bought yet.
How much does it cost, and where do I manage my plan?
There are two ways in, with the same full access: the monthly subscription or a one-time payment that lasts forever. The price is the one your store charges in your country or region, in your local currency, and the app shows it before you buy; if the store offers you a free trial, you’ll see it there too. The subscription renews every month; to stop it, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. In Settings → Your plan you’ll see your plan and its date (when it renews, until when it’s free, or when it ends), “Manage subscription” to change or cancel it in your store, and “Restore purchases”. On a new phone, “Restore purchases” is also on the plans screen you see when you open the app: your purchase travels with your store account.
What happens if my subscription ends?
The app switches to read-only mode, with the “Read-only — your subscription ended” banner at the top: your data stays intact and you can view, export, back up, or delete it without paying. “Reactivate” opens the plans, with “Export my data (full backup)” right there. Reactivate — monthly or with the one-time payment — and everything unlocks again; the free trial doesn’t apply if you subscribed before. Your data is never held hostage.
How do voice notes work?
In a client’s Activity Log tab, press and hold the microphone to record and let go to save (slide left to cancel); the note lands as a bubble with its time, right next to the history. Audio stays on your phone and travels inside your backup.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
The easiest way is from the app: Settings → Support → Report a problem opens an email to [email protected] with the app and system versions already filled in. Tell us three things: what you were doing when it happened, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot and your phone model (iPhone or Android) help — that’s almost always enough to reproduce and fix it.
