Solo responde a tus contactos, nunca a desconocidos.

SOS y alertas

English version

Privacy notice

Effective September 30, 2026.

FuaFlow Vault exists to keep what’s yours where only you can open it. The short answer to “what do you do with my data?” is: we can’t read it. Your vaults and your messages are encrypted on your device, and the little that goes through our server travels sealed and is deleted as soon as it’s delivered. This page explains the details.

Data controller

FuaFlow Vault is developed and operated by José Arturo Ornelas Brand (Mexico). For any question about this notice or your data, write to [email protected].

What we don’t do

The app asks for no account with an email or phone number, uses no analytics, shows no ads, ships no third-party trackers, and never sells or shares your information.

Where your data lives

On your device, inside the app’s private storage and under the system’s data protection: your vaults (encrypted with AES-256-GCM, with your password or with the keys of the people they’re addressed to), your chat history (also encrypted at rest), your contacts, your emergency circle, your verified photos and videos, and your settings. Your identity — a key pair generated on your phone — is kept in the system Keychain. Nobody but you can open that information, including us.

Health details you write for your medical QR (blood type, allergies, medication) stay on your device and are only seen by whoever scans that QR when you show it.

What leaves your device, and how

Verified photos and videos

A verified photo or video carries, signed inside its proof, the time, the GPS location, and the name and identifier of the Wi-Fi network where it was taken. Whoever receives the file can see that data. While the app is open, your device signs as a witness the verified photos your contacts take on the same network: that photo then carries your profile name, your location, and your Wi-Fi network’s identifier. It only answers your contacts, never strangers.

SOS and alerts

An SOS or a public alert carries your profile name, your message and your location. It’s announced on the local network to nearby devices running FuaFlow Vault — any of them can see a public alert —, and the SOS text message is sent by you, from your phone, to the emergency contacts you chose: the app can’t send text messages on its own. The safety check-in works only on your device, with a local notification.

System permissions

Each is requested only when you use its feature: Camera (verified photos and videos), Microphone (only while recording a verified video), Photos (choose photos and videos to keep in a vault, and save to your library what you decide to export), Location (only while you use the app — where a verified photo was taken, the SOS, and sharing your location with your circle for a limited time), Local network (finding nearby devices for chat, Wi-Fi transfers, witnesses and alerts), Notifications (the local reminder for your safety check-in) and Face ID (only if you turn on the app lock; verification is done by the operating system, and FuaFlow Vault never sees or stores biometric data). Deny any of them and the app keeps working — only that feature is disabled.

System backups

If your system backup is on (such as iCloud Backup), your device may include the app’s data; your vaults and your chat history stay encrypted. That process is governed by your operating system.

Other people’s data

The names, keys and phone numbers of your contacts and your circle that you keep in the app belong to you, and it’s your responsibility to handle them in accordance with applicable law. FuaFlow Vault has no access to them.

How long data is kept and how to delete it

What’s on your device stays there until you delete it. Mailbox envelopes are deleted when they’re picked up, and after 7 days at most. Deleting the app erases the vaults, messages, contacts and settings stored in it; iOS may keep your identity keys in the Keychain after the app is uninstalled.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent by writing to [email protected]. Since almost everything lives only on your device, in most cases you can see, correct or delete it yourself from the app.

Minors

FuaFlow Vault is meant for adults. If a minor uses it — for example, inside their family’s safety circle —, it should be with the permission and supervision of their parent or guardian.
