Cambios

English version

FuaFlow Teams terms of use

Effective October 30, 2026. This is a translation; the Spanish version above prevails.

By installing or using FuaFlow Teams you accept these terms.

What Teams is

FuaFlow Teams is the app for whoever leads a sales team. The people on your team work in FuaFlow CRM, which is free, and join your team with the code or QR you give them. Teams lets you:

  • see their numbers for the day;
  • set their goals;
  • distribute leads to them;
  • check on how each person is doing;
  • see the appointments they share and give them a companion, and ask other leaders for someone in an agenda group;
  • if your plan includes it, have your business’s store on FuaFlow Market and receive customer requests.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use Teams on behalf of a company, you accept these terms for it and confirm you’re authorized to do so.

License

FuaFlow Teams is proprietary software of José Arturo Ornelas Brand. The app, its design and the FuaFlow Teams™ and FuaFlow CRM™ marks belong to their owner.

  • You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices.
  • You may not decompile, redistribute or resell it.
  • If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies, and these terms complement it.

Subscription

Teams is paid with a monthly subscription that renews automatically. Your plan depends on how many people on your team connect to Teams besides you: up to 5, 20, 50, 100, 250 or 500.

  • The price is the one the App Store or Google Play shows for your country, in your currency, with its taxes. You see it in the app and in the store before confirming.
  • Your Apple or Google account is charged.
  • The first month is free on any plan, once per person, when the store says you qualify; the app tells you before you pay. During that month there is no limit on people. Billing starts when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
  • The subscription renews automatically every month, on your purchase date. You can see your next billing date in your store's subscription settings.
  • You can cancel whenever you want, instantly and without penalty, in your store's subscription settings or in Teams, under Settings › Your plan › Manage subscription. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date; you keep your plan until the period you already paid for ends.
  • Refunds are handled by your store (Apple or Google), under its own rules.
  • The people on your team pay nothing to use FuaFlow CRM or to be on it.
  • If you contract the Enterprise plan directly with us (for example, for more than 500 people or with annual payment and an invoice), the price, payment method, invoice and term are set in your quote or contract, and these terms apply to everything else.

If your subscription ends

  • Teams becomes read-only: what you recorded is still there, and you can always view, export, back up or delete it without paying.
  • Your team pauses: their numbers for the day stop reaching you until you reactivate your plan.
  • Reactivating unlocks everything again.

Your key, your team

There is no account or password: your team recognizes you by the key that lives on your phone.

  • Save a copy of your key (Settings › Data management) and keep its password safe.
  • If you lose your phone without a copy, or lose the password, no one can recover your team, not even us. You would have to create another one and invite your team again.
  • What you record lives on your phone: back up regularly.

The relay

To talk to your team's FuaFlow CRM, Teams uses our server, the relay.

  • What goes through it is sealed.
  • What waits for a phone that is off is kept up to 7 days.
  • We do our best to keep it running, but it may fail or stop for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. While it's down, Teams keeps working on your phone and whatever is pending goes out when it's back.
  • We may remove from the relay the key of anyone who uses it for abuse or illegal content.

SOS and “I’m going to my appointment”

If someone on your team sends an SOS, or doesn’t check in on time with “I’m going to my appointment”, Teams alerts you.

  • SOS is not an emergency or monitoring service, and it doesn’t replace 911. If you think someone is in danger, call 911.
  • We don’t guarantee that an alert reaches you, or when: it depends on the signal and battery of both phones, the permissions, Apple or Google, and the relay.
  • We don’t watch the alerts for you, and these terms don’t oblige you to answer or to go help. Any duties you have toward your team by law or by contract are yours or your company’s.
  • Agree with your team on how you’ll use SOS and who answers.

Responsible use

Teams is a tool for leading your own team.

  • Only invite people who work with you and agree to join.
  • Each person decides from their CRM what they send you, and can leave the team anytime.
  • The leads you distribute are other people's data. You must have the right to use them and share them with your team under the data protection law that applies to you.
  • What you record about the people on your team, and how you use it, must comply with the labor and personal data laws that apply to you.
  • Don't use Teams to harass, discriminate against or monitor anyone outside their work.
  • In an appointment chat, and in everything you send with Teams, insulting, harassing, threatening or discriminating against anyone is not allowed, nor is sending sexual, violent or illegal content, or other people's data without their permission. We don't tolerate that content or abusive users: anyone can report a message or block whoever sent it, we review reports and we can remove an abusive key from the relay without notice.
  • If you join an agenda group, the other leaders in the group see the name of each person on your team, their appointment roles, their busy hours and their appointments, without address or customer. Only join with leaders you trust, and let your team know.
  • The sales your team passes to you carry their customers' data: use it only for the delivery, the payment and what the law requires, and protect it as your company's data.
  • FuaFlow doesn't assign work, doesn't hire anyone on your team and doesn't take a commission on their sales.

If you use Teams against the law (for example, labor or personal-data law) or these terms, and someone on your team, a client or an authority makes a claim against us because of it, you, or your company, are responsible for that claim, to the extent permitted by law.

FuaFlow Market for businesses

If your plan includes it, your business can have its store on FuaFlow Market, the free app for customers: they see your catalog through your link or QR code and ask for someone on your team to help them. These rules apply to your business and to everyone on your team who handles those requests with FuaFlow CRM or FuaFlow Teams.

Your business sells and answers for it

  • The sale is between your business and the customer, outside the app. FuaFlow Market doesn't charge, take payments, deliver products or take part in the sale, and it takes no commission on it.
  • To the customer and to Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco), the one that sells and answers is your business: your products, prices, deals, stock, warranties, deliveries and invoices.

Verification

  • Before your store can be seen and receive requests, we verify it: your name or legal name and your tax status certificate with an active tax ID (RFC), a call with whoever runs the business, that your line of business and your products are allowed, the permit the law requires if you sell something regulated, and the details for your privacy notice. Teams asks you for the notice before you request verification, and without it we don't verify your business. What you give us must be true.
  • We check it again every year or if we get reports. We may ask you for more information, decline to verify you or remove your verification.

What you publish

  • It must be true and clear. The price is the total in Mexican pesos, taxes included. If you post a deal, the previous price must be the one you really had, and the deal says when it ends.
  • What you publish commits you: honor the prices and terms you published with the customer.
  • Photos and texts are yours or you have permission to use them. Don't claim that something cures, prevents or treats a disease, or makes people lose weight, if the law doesn't allow it for that product.

What can't be published

  • e-cigarettes, vapes and their accessories; tobacco;
  • medicines, except pharmacies with their license, and never prescription medicines; drugs and controlled substances;
  • alcoholic beverages;
  • weapons, ammunition, their parts and accessories, and explosives;
  • sexual content or products;
  • counterfeit or stolen products, or products that use someone else's brand without permission;
  • raffles, sweepstakes or gambling;
  • insurance, loans or investments, unless your business has the authorization the law requires to offer them;
  • anything the law forbids offering or selling at a distance in Mexico.

If you publish anything on this list, we take it down and may remove your verification without notice.

Your customers' data

What reaches you from a customer (their name, phone, area, what they're looking for, what they ask for and how many times they've bought from you) belongs to a person. To that person, the one who answers is your business:

  • use it only to help them, for the sale you make together, its delivery and its payment;
  • don't use it for advertising without their permission. If they ask you not to send them advertising, stop sending it;
  • don't pass it on to anyone outside your business, and don't sell it;
  • keep it safe, and if they ask you to stop contacting them or to delete their data, do it. When they ask from FuaFlow Market, your apps delete it on their own when they connect, except what you need for a pending sale or payment;
  • your privacy notice is the FuaFlow Market model with the details you enter in Teams (controller, address and contact), and the customer sees it before sending. You must handle what they ask under the data protection law;
  • you answer for what your people do with that data. Customers who come through FuaFlow Market belong to the business: when someone leaves your team, their FuaFlow CRM deletes them.

It's the same thing the FuaFlow Market privacy notice promises the customer.

Ratings, reports and takedowns

  • Customers can privately rate how they were helped. The rating reaches you, never the person rated, and it isn't published. You can hide a comment. Don't retaliate against a customer for what they rate or report, and a rating alone isn't enough to judge someone on your team.
  • We review reports. We may hide a product or your store while we review, and we tell you why. If you think it was a mistake, write to us and we'll review it again.
  • If someone tells us that something in your store uses their work or their brand without permission, we take it down promptly and let you know. You can tell us why it's yours or why you have permission, and if whoever sent the notice doesn't start a lawsuit, a proceeding or a complaint within 15 business days, we show it again. A business that does it again and again is taken off FuaFlow Market.

If your plan ends

From the day what you paid for ends, your store stops receiving new requests, and 7 days later it's no longer shown. If you renew, it starts receiving again as soon as you open FuaFlow Teams. What already reached you is still your responsibility.

If someone makes a claim about your store

If a customer, a brand owner or an authority makes a claim against us about your products, what you publish or how your business uses its customers' data, you, or your business, answer for that claim, to the extent the law allows.

No warranties

The app is provided "as is". We work to make it reliable, but we don't guarantee it's error-free, any sales results, or that the relay is always available.

How far our liability goes

To the extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for sales or profits you miss, for data that gets lost (that's what your key copy and the backup are for), or for indirect damages;
  • our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us for Teams in the previous 12 months and 2,000 Mexican pesos.

None of this limits liability for willful misconduct, or the rights you have under Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law and any other law that can't be waived.

What we can't control

We are not liable for failures or delays caused by things beyond our control, such as internet or cellular outages, failures by Apple, Google or other providers, natural disasters, or decisions by an authority.

Not professional advice

Teams is a tool for leading teams. It doesn't replace legal, labor, financial or tax advice.

If the app moves to another company

We may transfer FuaFlow Teams and these terms to a company of ours or to whoever takes over the app; we’ll announce it on this page. You may not transfer these terms to someone else.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will always be on this page with its date, and important changes will be announced before they apply. If you don’t agree with a change, you can cancel your subscription and stop using the app.

If a part is invalid

If an authority decides that any part of these terms is not valid, the rest remains in effect.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, unless the law gives you the right to go to others. This does not take away your right to go to Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco).
