- contactarte por el medio y a la hora que elegiste, para atenderte;
- venderte lo que pides, entregártelo y cobrarlo;
- darle seguimiento a esa compra.
- pedirle que deje de contactarte o que no te mande publicidad;
- pedirle que borre tus datos desde FuaFlow Market: sus apps los borran en cuanto se conectan, menos lo que necesite para una venta o un cobro pendiente;
- bloquear a la empresa en FuaFlow Market;
Privacy notice of businesses on FuaFlow Market
Model effective November 4, 2026
This is the privacy notice each FuaFlow Market business shows the customer before they ask for help. The app fills it in with the details the business enters in FuaFlow Teams: who the controller is, its address and its contact. Here those details are in quotes.
This model covers only what reaches the business through FuaFlow Market. If the business handles data in other ways, for example at its premises or on its website, it also needs its own notice for that.
Who answers for your data
“Business name”, at “address”, is the controller of the personal data you send it from FuaFlow Market. For anything about your data, including exercising your rights: “contact”.
What data it receives
What you send when you ask for help: your name, phone, area (ZIP code or town), how and when you want to be contacted, what you write in “What are you looking for?”, the products you ask for with the option you picked, how many times you've asked and bought from it (just the numbers), your FuaFlow Market identifier, your answer to “Have you been helped?” and, if you give it, your private rating. It doesn't ask for sensitive data: don't write health data.
What it uses it for
- contacting you through the channel and at the time you chose, to help you;
- selling you what you ask for, delivering it and collecting payment;
- following up on that purchase.
Only for that. It doesn't use it to send you advertising without your permission, doesn't pass it on to anyone outside the business and doesn't sell it. It only gives it to an authority if a law requires it.
Who sees it
The person at the business who helps you and their leader, in FuaFlow CRM and FuaFlow Teams. Those apps are made by José Arturo Ornelas Brand, who carries your data sealed and can't read it.
How to limit its use
- ask the business to stop contacting you or not to send you advertising;
- ask it to delete your data from FuaFlow Market: its apps delete it as soon as they connect, except what it needs for a pending sale or payment;
- block the business in FuaFlow Market;
- sign up for the registry of Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco) to stop receiving advertising.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, cancellation or objection regarding your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to “contact” with your name and how to reply to you, which data it's about and what you want it to do. It replies within 20 business days at most and, if it applies, carries it out within the next 15 business days, at no cost. If you disagree with its answer, or it doesn't reply, you can go to Mexico's Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
How long it keeps it
While it helps you and sells to you, and whatever the law requires, for example for invoicing. If the person who helped you leaves the business, their app deletes what reached them from you.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version shows up on FuaFlow Market, in the business's store, before you ask.
